How We Hire
The Process
We keep things simple and don’t need a huge committee to make a decision. After we’ve met you for a phone screen, we’ll invite you to come in and meet with 4-6 people. Depending on the role, we may ask you to do a seminar so we can assess how you interact with us on a scientific topic in a group setting. When the fit is right, we know it and act quickly.
