Caroline Gubser-Keller

Dr. Gubser-Keller obtained her D.Phil in bioinformatics from Oxford University, UK and worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Imperial College London, UK. Caroline joined Novartis in 2008. At Novartis Biomedical Research, she leads a global data science team that leverages protein data, computational biology, image analysis, screening data, knowledge management, machine learning and artificial intelligence to drive novel insights and accelerate targets and therapeutics discovery across NIBR early programs. Caroline is part of the NIBR AI core team and is the 2024 chair of the Novartis Biomedical Computational Science Council, a matrix team of data science leaders driving cross departmental collaborations to enable and maximize the impact of Data Science and AI for biomedical research.
